Other ways to keep companies trading

This is a convenient location for businesses and their advisors located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Liquidations are suitable where Directors do not want to keep their company. They are helpful in two main situations:

  1. Where a business is not viable and needs to close. This is called a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation.

  3. Where there are no creditors owing and shareholders wish to recoup their investment in a tax effective way. This is called a Members Voluntary Liquidation.
